WATER SPORTS oR FARNIENT, ALMANARRE BEACH
Located only a few steps away, the beach of Almanarre attracts windsurfers and kite surfers of high level, coming from all over the world. Perhaps this is your chance to try these water sports? Depending on the strength of the wind, the sea can be agitated and present a superb wild character.
But with an East wind, this beach is protected and the calm that reigns lets you discover the colors of a water that makes you dream. The sand is white and the low water level allows the youngest to enjoy swimming in complete safety in the supervised areas provided for this purpose.

DISCOVERING UNDERWATER FUNDS IN DIVING
Hyères and its Golden Islands offer more than 40 dive sites. Mythical wrecks, drooping and dry, are available at all depths to satisfy and dazzle the diver, from the novice to the experienced.
In order to make the public aware of the need to protect this fragile environment, an aquatic walking trail has been made accessible in fins, mask and snorkel, for a discovery of underwater treasures with the family!
DAY IN THE ISLANDS
Several shipping companies make connections with the island of Porquerolles, to be visited preferably by bike (electric, for more ease)!
From the Fondue Tower in Giens, with the TLV-TVM, you can visit the island all year round, for the day.
LITTLE TOUR IN THE VILLAGE
It is a shame to stay in Giens, without ever going through the heart of its village! Located on one of the peaks of the peninsula, at an altitude of 100 m and less than 10 minutes walk, you will find the ruins of the Pontéves castle where an orientation table allows you to understand the specificity of this land between land and sea.

HIKING CIRCUIT LA POINTE DES CHEVALIERS
The Tourist Office offers you an easy hike here: a 3-hour loop accessible to all, subject to being equipped with walking shoes, hat, sunscreen and bottle of water!
The circuit called "The tip of the Knights" will make you discover the western tip of the peninsula, its wild and varied landscapes.
OBSERVATION OF BIRDS IN SALINES
The nearby Vieux Salins offer a range of habitats already home to more than 200 species of birds and 300 varieties of plants. A magical place that you can discover with a guide from the LPO (Bird Protection League).
Guided tours are also organized at the Salins des Pesquiers, La Capte district.
